Colorado Learning & Teaching with Technology

Sponsor/Exhibitor Information

 

COLTT 2011 welcomes your participation as a sponsor at the 14th Colorado Learning & Teaching with Technology conference.

 

Corporate Sponsorship Levels -

 

Platinum: $1,500: this level includes two (2) registrations; one exhibitor table (with or without tablecloth) in the lobby of ATLAS*; two required session presentations; the option of a half page color ad* in our program and logo acknowledgements on our website and in our program.  

 

Gold: $1,200: this level includes two (2) registrations; one exhibitor table (with or without tablecloth) in the lobby of ATLAS*; one required session presentation; the option of a quarter page color ad* and logo acknowledgements on our website and in our program.  

 

Silver: $800: includes one (1) registration, one table in the lobby of ATLAS, and an optional session presentation during the conference, along with text acknowledgment in our program.

 

Bronze: $400:includes one free registration, one table (located on a space available basis) in or near the lobby of ATLAS, and logo acknowledgements on our website and in our program.  

 

Plus: Plus sponsors will offer drawing prizes* and/or food event donations. Prize contributions will be announced verbally at the time of the drawings. Prizes in the Plus category need to have a minimum value of $100 or more and then will be eligible for website acknowledgements and publication in the program if donated by the program deadline of June 10, 2011.  

 

Tabletop Only Exhibitors: $275: We can accommodate up to two tabletop only exhibitors who wish to send materials only (no registrants) for an unattended tabletop display in the exhibitor area.

Other Sponsorship Opportunities -

 

Sponsorship of Attendees: ($85 each): We are delighted to accept separate donation(s) for attendees who otherwise do not qualify for registration scholarships to attend the COLTT conference. The attendee’s name badge will acknowledges your sponsorship as will our website on the appropriate scholarship page(s).

 

The Interactive Theatre Project Presentation (itp): ($750 or a portion thereof.): The Interactive Theatre Project provides professionally scripted performances on social issues.  For more information, see their site at: http://www.colorado.edu/interactivetheatre/#

We will provide sponsor signage at the “itp” event along with separate website and program acknowledgment.

 

Food event(s): (starting at $200.) We will provide signage indicating your

sponsorship along with acknowledgment in our program.

 

Drawing prizes* in any value are welcomed. Prizes must be distributed at the time of the event and contributors will be acknowledged at the event.
